VODKA BARBECUE SAUCE

Try one of our favorite sauces for dipping in, for "last minute" moppng, and for a taste and flavor that is second to none. All you need for this sauce is some Vodka and a few basic spices. It's a thick and hearty tomato based sauce that goes well with most anything "barbecue". We always make a double batch of this recipe so we can keep a jar of this Vodka BBQ Sauce handy in the refrigerator. -BBQ Pit Boys

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: Ingredients:

• 1 cup Vodka
• 1 qt. (32oz.) Kechup
• 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tbs. Ground Cumin
• 1/2 tbs Garlic Powder
• 1 tbs. Chili Powder
• 1 tbs. Cayenne Pepper
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/8 cup Coarse Salt
• Juice of a fresh Lemon
• Mix well and then Low simmer on the grill for about 15-30 minutes.
