Bacon Wrapped King Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

• King Oyster mushrooms
• Pork Belly Bacon
• BBQ Pit Boys Original BBQ Sauce
• BBQ Pit Boys Poultry Powder seasoning

Directions

1. Brush a layer of BBQ sauce onto the mushrooms to help seasoning stick.
2. Sprinkle BBQ Pit Boys Poultry Powder seasoning onto the mushrooms.
3. Take two slices of bacon and roll them around the mushroom.
4. Fire up the grill to around 350f or so or cook over open fire.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped mushrooms onto the spit roast skewer and place over the fire.
6. Baste the bacon with BBQ sauce as it cooks.
7. Once the bacon is fully cooked, the mushrooms will be done and ready to serve.
