-
SPG seasoning
-
American cheese
-
Dill pickles
-
Mayonnaise
-
BBQ Pit Boys barbecue sauce

Fresh tomato

Vidalia onion

Lettuce
-
French baguette
Directions
Smoke the pork belly bacon until crispy and set aside.
Form the ground beef into long rectangular patties with minimal pressing and forming to maintain the loose structure of the beef.
Place the beef patties on indirect heat and cook until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Once the patties are almost cooked, place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the remoulade sauce by mixing one part mayonnaise and two parts BBQ Pit Boys barbecue sauce with diced pickles.
Toast the French baguette until crispy.
Assemble the burger by placing the cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the baguette, topped with smoked bacon, fresh tomato, Vidalia onion, and lettuce.
Spread the remoulade sauce on the top half of the baguette and place it on top of the burger.
Serve hot and enjoy the delicious flavors!
