HELL BURGER BACON CHEESEBURGER
The hotter she is the better..! Check out this hamburger recipe from Hell to serve up hot off your grill. She's hot -just the way we like her....!
THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
- Ground Chuck 80/20 – 4 lbs.
- SPG – to taste
- Jalapenos – 4, sliced
- Onion – 1, sliced and grilled
- Pepper Relish – favorite store brand or homemade
- Hot Sauce – to taste
- Cayenne Pepper – to taste
- Bacon – ½ lb. thick cut, cooked
- Mozzarella – 1 ½ cup shredded
- Cheddar – 1 ½ cup shredded
FOR SERVING
- Hamburger buns
- Favorite condiments
DIRECTIONS:
GETTING READY
1. Bring grill temperature up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, with coals offset for indirect cooking.
2. Make 1 1/3 lb. burger patties.
3. Season both sides with SPG.
MAKING
4. Sear burgers on both sides directly over hot coals.
5. Move opposite hot coals to finish cooking. Cook to desired doneness.
6. Pile high with jalapenos, grilled onions, pepper relish, bacon, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese ( to personal taste).
7. Cover grill and allow cheese to melt.
FINALIZING
8. Remove burgers from grill and place on buns.
9. Top with any other favorite condiments.
SERVING
10. Serve with smoked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, and a cold beverage.
