GRILLED TUNA AND SHRIMP
The BBQ Pit Boys grill up some Tuna Steaks, smothered in smoked red pepper sauce. And they serve them with easy to grill Jumbo Shrimp on skewers.THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
- Tuna Steaks
- Jumbo Shrimp
- Smoked Peppers
- Soy Sauce
- Lemons
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Herbs of Provance (or Italian blend)
- Bamboo Skewers
- IT'S GRILLED TUNA WITH RED PEPPER SAUCE AND SHRIMP ON SKEWERS... AND IT'S REAL EASY TO DO!
- Prepare the Red Pepper sauce in a black iron pan as shown.
- Skewer up the shell-on shrimp.
- Place sauce pan, Shrimp, and Tuna Steaks in 350f covered grill to heat, using indirect heat.
- Grill until the Tuna reaches your desired "doneness".
- Remove and then serve the Tuna with Red Pepper Sauce and your favorite side dishes.
