This burger has been a favorite of many for over 50 years, and it’s real good eating at the Pit. All you need for some better Butter Burgers is 3lbs. fresh ground Sirloin, 1/4lb. Butter, and some SPG. Watch the BBQ Pit Boys show you how easy it is to do.

SPG Seasoning
Butter
Garlic minced
Vidalia Onion
Large tomato
Lettuce
Bread buns
Add 1 tbsp SPG, 2 tsp minced garlic, ¼ lbs of butter to the ground beef and mix them well.
Cut the onion and tomato into slices.
Heat grill up to a medium heat, 300 to 325 F
Cook the burgers on indirect heat, flip once and keep aside.
Apply some butter on the buns and toast them on the grill to your liking.
Enoy your delicious BUTTER BURGERS with the sliced vegetables and your favorite condiments.
