BEER BREASTS
Forget those dry, tasteless, and tough eatin’ breasts. All you need to add is some beer.THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
- 6 -½ boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs ( we used Italian style)
- 1 cup Panko Bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Rice Flour
- 6 crushed cloves of Garlic
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Buttermilk (cultured)
- 2 -12oz bottles of your favorite Beer
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine Beer, onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, buttermilk, S&P. 2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 4 hours. 3. Combine bread crumbs, flour, and S&P. 4. Dredge the marinated Chicken Breasts, place on baking sheet and cook indirect at 350-375f on your BBQ grill. Add bacon and cheese just before serving.
