Forget that same ol', same ol', Beer Can Chicken. Stick a can of Baked Beans up that Chicken's Butt and save the beer for the Pitmaster.THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
FOR BEANS CAN- Molasses -- 2 Tablespoon (or to taste)
- Dry mustard -- 1 Tablespoon (or to taste)
- Spice rub -- 1 Tablespoon (or to taste)
- Chopped onion -- 2 Tablespoon (or to taste)
- Smoked bacon slices -- 2 (or to taste)
- Pickled jalapeno peppers slices -- 2 (or to taste)
- Beer -- 4 Ounce (or to taste)
- Canned baked beans -- 2 Pound (2- 1 pound can)
FOR CHICKEN
- Fryer chicken -- 8 Pound
- Olive oil -- 2 Tablespoon (or to taste)
- Spice rub -- 2 Tablespoon (as needed of your choice)
- Bbq sauce -- 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or to taste)
