THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
FOR RUB
Salt — 1 Tablespoon
Brown Sugar — 2 Tablespoon
Chili Powder — 2 Tablespoon
Cumin — 1 Teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper — 1 Teaspoon
Red Pepper Flakes — 2 Tablespoon
Minced Garlic — 1 Teaspoon
Minced Onion — 1 Teaspoon
Sweet Paprika — 2 Tablespoon
Black Peppercorn — 2 Tablespoon
FOR MOP
Salt — 1 Teaspoon
Brown Sugar — 1 Tablespoon
Red Pepper Flakes — 1 Tablespoon
Minced Garlic — 1 Tablespoon
Beer — 10 Oz (Your Fav)
Black Peppercorn — 1 Tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar — 1 Cup
DIRECTIONS:
PREPARING BRISKET
1. Allow Rub to Marinate on Brisket For At least 2 Hours
2. Allow Brisket To Cook For 10hrs Low And Slow
3. Drip/Water Pan: Just Add Water
4. Rub Mustard And Worcestershire Sauce On Both Sides
5. Apply Rub To Both Sides
6. Place Brisket Fat Side Up Opposite Of Hot Coals
7. Apply Mop Every Half Hour
8. Wrap Brisket In Foil Place Back On Grill And Allow To Cook For Last Hour
