This isn't your grandmas regular old fashion white bread, this is the PIT BOYS mix. Beer, Bacon, Cheese need I say more, NO. It smells GUUD & is so easy to do!!!!!!

Ingredients

Flour 3-4 cups

Sugar 3 TBS

Baking Powder 3 TBS

SPG to taste

Corn Meal 1 cup

Cheese Crackers 1 cup broken up

Cooked Bacon (rendered) 1 1/2 - 2 cups

Shredded Cheese 2-3 Cups
-
1 Egg
-
Onion 1 small diced
-
Parsley fresh if possible 4 TBS

Beer 1 your favorite kind
Directions
Throw flour, sugar, baking powder, corn meal, SPG, give it a good mixing.
Add beer give it a good mixing.
Add chopped onion , bacon, 3/4 of shredded cheese give it a good mixing.
Add egg.
Add fine chopped parsley give it a good mix.
Spray large loaf pan with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients to loaf pan.
Top with left over shredded cheese.
Bake 1 in oven 350 F.
Remove from loaf pan enjoy.
