Whiskey Chocolate Chip Cookie Log

Chocolate Chip Cookies soaked in Jack Daniel's whisky and covered in fresh cream, this alcohol infused dessert is beyond belief. Be sure to watch this video to learn just how simple this really is.

Ingredients

  • Soft or regular Chocolate chip cookies
  • 10 shots your fav whiskey or bourbon
  • whipping cream
  • Almonds or fav nut for topping

Directions

  1. Mix your whipping cream or heavy cream till a fluffy whipped cream consistency
  2. dip the cookies into the whiskey for a few seconds until the absorb enough to be wet, don't leave them for too long or they will become soggy.
  3. Spread some whipped cream on the cookies and stack them on top of each other
  4. Carefully roll your cookie tower on its side and cover with more whipped cream all around
  5. Grind up your almonds or whatever nut you have chosen and sprinkle on top of the log
  6. Inject some more whiskey if you like into the top of the cream and cookies.
  7. You can eat it right away or place in the fridge for a few hours to chill before serving.
