Take your BBQ pork n beans to the next level.

2 can Baked beans
3 tablespoons Butter
2 Tbsp Chipotle in adobo sauce
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 Pickled peppers
3 shallots
6 cloves garlic
Salt
pepper
1 teaspoon Cocoa
1 cup Boiled peanuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Remove the pork tenderloin from the refrigerator to bring it up to room temp.
Over direct heat using a heavy cast iron pan , add cooking oil and the pork tenderloin. Constantly move it to prevent sticking and rotate until all sides have browned.
Move to a lower heat zone, season with salt and pepper. Add the butter, diced shallots, garlic, chipotle peppers and butter and continue to cook until it reaches an internal temp of 125 degrees f.
Remove and wrap in foil and set aside to allow the temperature to rise to 145f.
In the same pan add the baked beans, boiled peanuts, diced pickled peppers. cumin, cayenne pepper, cocoa and cinnamon to the pan and stir over medium heat until fully heated.
Season with salt and pepper, add some additional sliced garlic just prior to adding the honey in just before taking off the grill.
