OXTAIL BEEF 'N BEER STEW
Check out this BBQ Pit Boys Beef and Beer Stew that will get ya through the day, no matter what Old Man Winter is throwin' at ya.THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: For this recipe we used:
- 5lbs. Oxtail (Beef Tails)
- 1 cup chopped Onions
- 8-10 cups Beef Broth
- 6 Carrots sliced
- 4 stalks Celery
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 sprigs Parsley
- 4 cups diced Potatoes
- 24oz. Beer
- Salt and Pepper
- Saute chopped Onions
- Salt and Pepper oiled Oxtails
- Sear all sides of Oxtails over open fire, then add to pot
- Add 8 cups Beef Broth
- Add Beer
- Add Bay Leaves
- Add Parsley
- Slow simmer for 6 hours or until beef falls off the bone
