Bone-in Skin-on Chicken Thighs
Sweet Martha Rub
SPG
Olive Oil
Beer
Smokey Whiskey BBQ Sauce
Set your grill to about 325f-350f
Coat the Thighs with Olive Oil. Apply Sweet Martha Rub on all sides
Place Martha’s Thighs skin side up, indirect opposite the coals
Mop with your Martha’s Mop frequently to keep the thighs nice and moist.
After about 15 minutes Flip the thighs to skin-side down. Mop and apply some SPG
Wait about another 15 minutes and then move your thighs to direct over the coals to sear the skin.
Move them off the direct fire and then add some shredded cheese on top of the thighs.
Cover the grill to melt the cheese and get it to how you like it.
