In a large bowl containing the ground beef, add some SPG and mix well. Make some meat burgers.
Take the pot of medium rare burgers and mash it with a potato masher. Add half a cup of beef broth and beer and slow simmer it. We want to tenderize the beef.
Take your dinner buns and make a large hole as shown in the video. Drop some shredded cheese at the bottom and pack in a good spoonful of beef chilli mix. Prepare all the buns this way. Top it off with shredded cheese on the top and set them up on a baking tray. Prepare your French bread as shown, the same ways as the buns.
Grill the burgers to a medium rare. Put them in a large pot.
Tenderize the beef broth mixture on low heat for an hour or so. Pull it off when all the broth has almost cooked in.
Now add all the spice powders, garlic, onion, chilli, paprika, cumin, oregano, paprika, juice of a lemon, tomato sauce and mix well. Now slow cook it for another 45 to 60 minutes.
Take if off the heat and keep aside.
Put the tray of buns in to toast, till the cheese melts.
