- SPG seasoning ( Salt, Pepper/use your favorite seasoning )
- A good bold and spicy barbecue sauce
Directions
- Season with our SPG or your fav rub
- Grill at medium heat around 325F or so
- Flip as necessary
- Cook to internal of at least 165F
