Directions

1. Place the pork into a large pan and cover with the sauce and bring it to simmer over direct heat
2. Then move over to indirect heat for a couple of hours, keep turning them around every so often until he meat begins to pull back off the bones.
3. Then take them from the pan and place them over direct heat, you want to be sure its searing hot and brown them up.
4. Serve on a fresh bread roll and add some of the gravy sauce mix from the pan.
