THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
Frog Ribitts - 4
Orange – 1 cut into 1/4s
Chilies - 8
Bacon
Black Iron Skillet
FOR THE BASTING SAUCE
Butter – 4 Tbs
Ground Black Pepper – 1 Tbs
Ginger – 4 thin slices
Shallot – 1 minced
Pickled Peppers – To Taste
DIRECTIONS
GETTING READY
1. Set up your grill for direct grilling – medium heat
2. Place ¼ of an orange into the body cavity of each frog
3. Wrap each frog in 2 slices of bacon
4. Place 2 chilies into the mouth of each frog
MAKING
THE BASTING SAUCE
5. Place the skillet on the grill and add
6. Butter – 4 Tbs
7. Ground Black Pepper – 1 Tbs
8. Ginger – 4 thin slices
9. Shallot – 1 minced
10. Pickled Peppers – To Taste
COOKING
11. Place the frogs directly over the coals
12. Continually baste until done cooking
13. Frogs are done when the bacon is cooked
