Bacon wrapped in King oyster mushrooms and the easiest way to cook the best un-scrambled eggs in town in just minutes with this quick and easy tip by the BBQ Pit Boys

King oyster mushrooms
Green onions
Eggs, 6
Chicken stock cube, ground up
Ground up smoked paprika
Red pepper powder
White pepper powder
Black pepper powder
Salt
Butcher strings
Bread buns
Cut up the bacon in half. Keep aside.
Slice the King oyster mushroom in thin slices as shown.
Spread out 3 small butcher strings, stack a slice mushroom and a bacon strip and build it up 6 high. Tie the strings as shown and you now have a bundle. Keep doing the rest till you have a few bundles. Place the bundled bacon on a baking pan.
Cut up the green onions. In a large bowl, careful collect 6 egg white, by separating the yolk from the white. Season it with some white pepper powder, salt, ground bouillon cube powder, black pepper powder. Now whisk it well. Also in a separate bowl whisk the egg yolk too. Now add the 2 egg whisk’s together and add some green onions, mix well.
Medium heat, indirect cooking.
Place pan with the bundled bacon over indirect heat and close lid. Remove when done. Save the bacon fat. Strain it over some paper towel over a small bowl.
On a large cooking pan, add the bacon fat and pour some of the egg mix. Using our technique as shown, quickly just cook the eggs and remove. You may cook it longer if you wish.
Toast up some bread buns.
On toasted buns, dab some ketchup, stack up the eggs, bacon and mushrooms and sprinkle some hot smoked paprika.
