Beer Mop and Marinade

BEER MARINADE AND MOP

If you love beer, then check out this barbeque marinade and mopping sauce for the grill by the BBQ Pit Boys. It's quick and easy to make, and tastes great with pork, chicken and beef.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: Recipe:

• 1/2 cup Beer
• 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tbl. Coarse Salt
• 1 tbl. Coarse Pepper
• 1 tbl. Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 Small Onion

Combine all ingredients as shown. Marinade your favorite meat in it for several hours for maximum flavor. You can also use this as a mopping sauce.
