A Pot Pie loaded with bacon and beef is always good eating at the Pit.

Onion
Eggs, 2
Ketchup
Worchester sauce
White pepper powder
Beef belly bacon
Pork belly bacon
Ground beef
Pie dough, 2 slabs
BBQ sauce
Corn starch
Chop up the onion.
Beat 2 eggs for the egg wash and keep aside.
Sautee the chopped onions a bit in a large iron pan.
Now add the ground beef and cook it down a bit. Add some white pepper, stir and cook down.
Cook the pork bacon and the beef bacon in an iron pan.
Now add the cooked ground beef and beef bacon & pork bacon in one large pan on medium heat. Add, and stir, ½ cup ketchup, 1 tbsp. of spicy BBQ sauce, 2 tbsps. of Worchester sauce, 1 tbsp. SPG, 1 tbsp. of corn starch thicken in 2 tbsps. of water and let it cook a little. Remove and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
In a pan, lay the pie dough. Pour the cooked ground beef and bacon into it. Brush beaten egg wash on the dough edge, and cover the top with another slab of pie dough and press firmly on the edges to seal it up.
Brush some egg wash on the top of the pie cover as this will help brown it.
Place the pan with the pie into the dutch oven and cover it with the lid. The dutch oven is already sitting on hot charcoals and add some hot charcoals on top of the lid.
Remove when done and let it cool off a bit.
