Beef Bacon Sushi Sliders

Ingredients

• Bacon
• Chicken breast
• Ground beef
• Honey mustard sauce
• BBQ sauce
• SPG
• Chipotle Maple rub
• Cheddar cheese slices
• Lettuce
• Slider rolls or Bread buns

Directions

1. Slice up the chicken breast as shown in the video.
2. Sprinkle some SPG over the ground beef and mix well.
3. Place the bacon on a plastic wrap and sprinkle some Chipotle maple rub.
4. Now take the seasoned ground beef and gently spread and flatten it out it on top of the bacon. Sprinkle some more Chipotle rub over the spread ground beef.
5. Take the strips of chicken breast and place them on top of the ground beef.
6. Now firmly roll the wrap as shown in the video and make a roll. Be careful and remember to keep pulling out the plastic wrap. Once you have a good firm roll, cut it about 2 inch thick.
7. Medium heat 300/325F
8. Place the cut roll/bacon sushi over indirect heat.
9. After a few minutes dab some honey mustard on top of the meat and let it cook slowly.
10. Finally just before it is done, place a cheddar cheese slice over the bacon sushi and let it melt.
