Forget about the same old BLT Sandwich and step it up with a block of delicious Bacon + Egg to turn it into a supreme BLT meal between two slices of bread
Pork Belly Bacon
Eggs
1 onion
1 Tomato
spg seasoning
Olive Oil
Chili Peppers of choice
Ketchup to baste with
Mayonnaise
Fresh Bread
a mold to form the bacon with
Take a cast iron pan and add some oil to it and the inside edges of your mold. Lay the bacon into the mold to seal it from leakage.
Place a few eggs into the bacon shape you have formed leaving enough room to add a few rings of fresh sliced onion and a slice of tomato.
Season with SPG or your favorite seasoning.
Place on the grill or oven preheated to around 375-400 f and cook until the bacon is down
About half way through the cook you should remove the mold and baste with ketchup to brown all the way around.
Serve hot or cold on fresh bread with mayonnaise and cracked black pepper.
