The Ingredients: ALLIGATOR TENDERLOIN -(2) 2.5 POUNDERS JAMBALAYA STUFFING

  • 2 STICKS OF BUTTER
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
  • 1/2 HEAD OF CHOPPED GARLIC
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 1 LB. OF CRAWFISH TAILS
  • 1 LB. ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE
  • 1/2 CUP OF CROWN ROYAL BLACK WHISKEY
  • 2 CUPS OF WHITE RICE
  • MAPLE SYRUP
  • 2 lbs thin cut Bacon
It takes about 1 hour at 250 f to grill.
