- 2 STICKS OF BUTTER
- 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER
- 1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
- 1/2 HEAD OF CHOPPED GARLIC
- 1 TABLESPOON OF CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1 LB. OF CRAWFISH TAILS
- 1 LB. ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE
- 1/2 CUP OF CROWN ROYAL BLACK WHISKEY
- 2 CUPS OF WHITE RICE
- MAPLE SYRUP
- 2 lbs thin cut Bacon
